ABOUT JEN
I’ve been where you are. And I’m here for
where you’re going.
Twenty years inside the most complex organizations in the world. Now I use everything I learned to help leaders like you do the work you were always meant to do.

THE STORY
A few years in, I started noticing something.
The work I loved most wasn’t the strategy. It wasn’t the results, though I cared deeply about those. It was the moment a leader finally said the thing they’d been afraid to say. The moment a team that had been pulling in three directions suddenly started pulling together. The moment someone realized they had more power than they thought.
I spent twenty years chasing those moments inside AT&T and RTX. Leading teams of thousands. Driving billions in bottom-line impact. Navigating the politics, carrying the accountability, enrolling people one by one in changes that weren’t always their idea.
I was good at it. And I loved it.
But I always knew there was something more specific I was supposed to be doing.
The moment of clarity came during Leadership Dallas. I was serving as a class day advisor when I met a man doing leadership development work with the group. It looked a lot like what I’d always done with my teams. I asked him how he got into it. He said he’d spent twenty years in corporate America, got certified as a coach, and now all he did was coach leaders and develop teams. Only work he loved. Only people he liked.
That conversation started something I couldn’t unfeel.
What followed confirmed what I’d always suspected: the work translates completely across industries because most of the hardest problems inside any organization aren’t industry problems. They’re people problems.
I’ve now coached leaders in finance, tech, academia, nonprofits, CPG, private equity, and healthcare. The industries look different. The org charts look different. But the person sitting across from me — carrying more than anyone sees, trying to lead people through something hard — that person looks remarkably the same.
People are people. And helping them lead well is the work I was always meant to do.
And somewhere along the way I realized something else. When I was inside AT&T or RTX, I could drive transformation at scale — but it was one organization, one initiative, one season at a time. This work is different. Every leader I develop takes that growth back into their organization, their team, the hundreds of people who follow them. The impact multiplies in ways I’ll never fully see or measure.
The world needs people who will lead it into the future with hope instead of fear. I believe those people are already out there. My job is to help them step into it.

HOW I WORK
Hard truth and a lot of love.
I’ll tell you things other people won’t.
Not because I enjoy hard conversations — though I’ve stopped being afraid of them — but because I’ve seen what happens when someone finally hears the truth with love behind it. People don’t break. They unlock.
I believe you are whole, creative, and resourceful. I believe you already have most of what you need. And I believe it’s often easier to see clearly when you’re not the one living it — which is exactly why having someone in your corner matters.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m not here to give you a framework and send you on your way. I’m here to think alongside you. To ask the question that cuts through the noise. To say the thing that needs to be said — and then stay in the room with you while you figure out what to do with it.
What you’ll find working with me: you’ll get clearer. You’ll get more confident. You’ll move the work forward. And you’ll still be yourself at the end of it — maybe more yourself than when you started.
Truth
I say what's true, even when it's uncomfortable. Clarity over comfort — always.
Love
Every person I work with has inherent worth and deserves to be seen as such.
Partnership
I'm in your corner. Not managing you toward a framework — thinking alongside you.
Agency
You have more power than you realize. My job is to help you see and use it.
WHERE THE WORK GOES
Industries don’t change people. People change people.
The work translates because the problems are the same. Fear, isolation, misaligned incentives, resistance to change — these aren’t industry issues. They’re human ones.
TECHNOLOGY & FINANCE
Leaders driving digital transformation, managing regulatory complexity, and building cultures that move at the speed of change.
HEALTHCARE & PHARMA
Transformation leaders navigating merger integration, care delivery change, and the human cost of leading through constant uncertainty.
NONPROFITS & ACADEMIA
Mission-driven leaders building more with less, influencing without authority, and sustaining teams through work that matters deeply.

A LITTLE MORE
Outside the work.
I live in Des Moines, Iowa with my husband Aric, our two kids Brooks and Emerson, and a Goldendoodle named Dash who has no idea he isn’t a person.
I read constantly — always three books at once, which tells you something about how my brain works. I cook, I garden, I travel when I can, and I believe deeply that a good meal with people you love is one of the better things life has to offer.
I sit on nonprofit boards, coach nonprofit leaders, and show up for my community in ways that keep me grounded in what this work is actually for. Leadership isn’t just a corporate exercise. It’s how we take care of each other.
My faith shapes everything about how I show up — the way I listen, the way I tell the truth, the belief that every person I work with has inherent worth and deserves to be seen as such. It’s not a sidebar. It’s the foundation. If that resonates with you, I think we’ll work well together.
READY TO WORK TOGETHER
If you’re ready for someone to be in your corner (really in your corner) let’s talk.
Not a sales call. A real conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether we’re the right fit.
