ABOUT JEN
I’ve been where you’re standing.
And I’m in your corner for where you’re going.
I coach the leaders accountable for making transformation real inside complex organizations. The ones with more responsibility than authority, carrying the space between the boardroom decision and the frontline reality.
I know that space because I lived in it for twenty years. Inside AT&T and RTX I led turnarounds, shutdowns, billion-dollar overhauls, and change efforts that moved as many as twelve thousand people to a new way of working. I know what it costs to carry the mandate, work the politics, and keep moving when the system is tired.
Now I coach the leaders carrying that work.

THE STORY
For a long time, I thought I loved the work because of the scale. Eventually, I realized it was something else.
The work I loved was never the strategy, and it wasn’t the results, though I cared about those more than most. It was the moment a leader finally said the thing they’d been afraid to say. The moment a team pulling in three directions started pulling together. The moment someone realized they had more power than they thought.
I chased those moments for twenty years. And after all of it, I could finally name what I was best at. Helping leaders make change real without losing themselves in the process.
That’s the work I do now. Not because I read about it. Because I lived in the gap between strategy and reality, and I know the way through.

HOW I WORK
Hard truth and a lot of love.
I’ll tell you things other people may not. Not because I enjoy hard conversations, but because I’ve watched what happens when someone finally hears the truth with love behind it. People don’t break. They unlock.
I’m not here to fix you. You don’t need fixing, more inspiration, or another framework that ignores the real complexity of your work. I bring twenty years of pattern recognition and a way of seeing how change moves through an organization. I’ll think alongside you, ask the question that cuts through the noise, say the thing that needs saying, and stay in the room while you decide what to do with it.
You’ll get clearer. You’ll get more confident. You’ll move the work forward. And you’ll still be yourself at the end of it. Maybe more yourself than when you started.
Truth
I say what's true, even when it's uncomfortable. Clarity over comfort.
Love
Every person I work with has inherent worth and deserves to be seen that way.
Partnership
I'm in your corner, thinking alongside you, not managing you toward a model.
Agency
You have more power than you realize. My job is to help you see it and use it.
WHO I WORK WITH
The leader carrying the change.
Strategy is the easy part. Real change is the complicated one. The plan rarely fails on the spreadsheet. It fails when leaders are aligned in the room and resistant outside it, when ownership sits on one exhausted person, when the organization is too tired or skeptical to move.
That’s what you carry. You own the messy middle, accountable for moving people you don’t command, measured on outcomes you can’t fully control, holding more politics and weight than your title admits. And you’re probably carrying it more alone than anyone around you knows.
Sometimes you find me yourself. More often a CEO or a sponsor brings me in, because they need you to succeed and know you can’t do it alone.
What connects the leaders I work with isn’t an industry. It’s that mandate. And the question underneath is almost always the same.
Can I do work that matters, at this pressure, without losing myself?
That’s the work we do together.

A LITTLE MORE
Outside the work.
I live in Iowa with my husband Aric, our two kids, and a Goldendoodle named Dash who has no idea he isn’t a person. I read constantly, usually three books at once. I hold an MBA from DePaul and I’m an ICF-credentialed coach, and I sit on nonprofit boards that keep me grounded in what this work is for.
My faith shapes how I show up: how I listen, how I tell the truth, why I believe every person has inherent worth. It isn’t a sidebar. It’s the foundation.
I’m not fearless. I’m faithful.
Cultivating hope in other people is how I came to believe, all the way down, that a better future is possible, and that we have more power to create it than we realize.
READY TO WORK TOGETHER
If you are carrying a transformation that has to work, let’s talk.
Not a sales call. A real conversation about what you are carrying, what has to change, and whether I am the right person to help.
