A Journey of Leadership, Transformation, and Purpose
Over the past two decades, I’ve led transformational change inside some of the world’s most complex, high-performing environments—including Fortune 200 companies like AT&T and RTX. As one of the top 1% of leaders in those organizations, my career has been shaped by two enduring passions: leading people well and driving meaningful change.
At RTX, I reimagined Enterprise Services across Digital, Finance, HR, and Real Estate – turning siloed functions into a customer-centric, aligned ecosystem. At AT&T, I built and led teams across sales, customer care, operations, transformation, and corporate strategy – culminating in the redesign of the customer experience for millions.
Along the way, I led global teams of 10,000+ people, carried the weight of complex change, and learned what it means to lead through ambiguity, pressure, and constant reinvention.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
I know that transformational leadership is both high-stakes and deeply personal. The expectations are massive. The vision is often still forming. And even with authority, alignment can feel just out of reach.
I’ve lived in that tension – the clarity paradox of knowing change is needed but not being able to fully define the problem, the stakes, or how to bring people with you. And I’ve seen how quickly pressure can erode purpose, and how easy it is for leaders to lose themselves in the process.
What I’ve learned is this: leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about cultivating the courage to ask better questions, create clarity in chaos, and move forward with purpose.
That’s why I founded Asplund Leadership Consulting – to serve as a trusted thought partner to high-capacity leaders navigating moments that matter. I work with executives who are either:
Leading transformational change and want to align their teams, elevate their impact, and sustain momentum
Or stepping into a new chapter of leadership and want it to reflect their purpose, values, and legacy
Through coaching, I help clients get clear on what matters most, overcome what’s in the way, and lead with courage and conviction. My approach is grounded in real-world experience and guided by care and candor – supportive, but unafraid to ask the hard questions.
Whether you’re stuck, scaling, or starting something new, I’m here to help you lead boldly, love deeply, and leave a legacy.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE
I live in Des Moines, Iowa, with my husband, two kids, and our high-energy Goldendoodle, Dash. Outside of work, you’ll find me cooking with my family, traveling, volunteering in my community, or reflecting on the beauty (and challenge) of raising kids while living on mission.
My approach to leadership – both professionally and personally – is deeply influenced by my core values. I believe in leading with humility, clarity, and compassion, and I strive to create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered. Over the years, my faith has shaped the way I navigate complexity, care for others, and stay grounded in moments of uncertainty. It’s given me perspective, resilience, and a steady sense of purpose, especially when the path ahead feels unclear.
I’m committed to doing work that matters – with people who want to leave a lasting impact on the world around them.
