
A JOURNEY OF TRANSFORMATION
Over the course of two decades, I have had the privilege of leading in some of the most dynamic and high-performing environments, leading transformation programs at some of the largest companies in the world including AT&T and RTX. As one of the top 1% of leaders in these organizations, my career was defined by two passions: leading people and driving transformational change.
I’ve had the honor of leading global teams of 10,000+ people, tackling complex business challenges, and delivering results that drive meaningful change. At RTX, I transformed Enterprise Services into a customer-centric powerhouse across Digital, Finance, HR, and Real Estate. At AT&T, I built and led teams across sales, customer care, network operations, transformation, and corporate strategy—culminating in the redesign of the customer experience for millions.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE
I live in Des Moines, Iowa, with my husband, two kids, and our high-energy Goldendoodle, Dash. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active in my community, cooking, traveling, and making memories with my family.
