Lead with Light. Live with Purpose
The OR Leadership Network takes its name from the Hebrew word Or, meaning light. Light represents clarity, wisdom, and the courage to lead authentically.
Too often, leaders feel they must conform to organizational norms that prize productivity, and short-term results. In doing so, they’re told to leave their humanity behind — to set aside humility, compassion, and authenticity. When they can’t find meaning in those environments, many begin searching elsewhere: in nonprofits, faith organizations, or volunteerism.
OR suggests there is another way. A third way. You don’t have to abandon the marketplace to lead with purpose. You can lead with light — right where you are. You can find meaning not in leaving your work, but in transforming how you approach it. Maybe you are exactly where you’re meant to be.
The OR Leadership Network exists to equip leaders for that path: to integrate purpose and performance, to unlock human potential in their teams, and to discover that the work of leadership is not about choosing between results and humanity — but about bringing both together.
